Protein target analysis and design.

We provide Computational Services for protein target analysis, design, and engineering. Our approach utilizes internally developed software packages for target analysis, integrating biological, patent, and clinical data to gain a comprehensive understanding of protein targets. This multi-faceted analysis enables us to devise novel strategies for protein design and engineering.

In addition, we have developed specialized software tools that complement open-source platforms such as AlphaFold 2, RF Diffusion, and ProteinMPNN, all tailored specifically for protein design and engineering. This allows us the flexibility to pursue multiple strategies in parallel, whether preserving the native protein sequence as much as possible or focusing on minor functional parts. Each design and engineering strategy undergoes thorough in silico selection procedures, reducing the experimental validation required within our Biochemical Services.

Our service packages

Protein analysis

Utilizing our proprietary ProCondor platform, we analyze the protein target at several levels. This includes biological information, patent searches, literature research related to protein production, as well as biophysical and structural data. Additionally, we conduct a competitive scan around the MoA and similar solutions.

Protein design

Based on the protein analysis information, we define various protein design and engineering strategies. These strategies are developed using AI-assisted algorithms and structure-guided protein design techniques, followed by a thorough in silico selection process based on different success prediction scores. The defined strategies are combined with an experimental validation plan.
