PUXANO has developed a proprietary technology platform which fuses biotechnology, nanotechnology, and AI to revolutionize protein design and structure-based research to get access to those challenging targets where standard workflows fail. 

We hereby use a multi-layered approach that is specifically tailored to target proteins such as outer membrane proteins, glycoproteins, GPCRs, ion channels and fragile protein complexes. 

We have build a protein design toolbox for generating soluble analogues, multimer-stabilizing scaffolds, multi-epitope scaffolds, multimer-generating scaffolds or fiducials to build antigens for vaccine and antibody development, facilitate high-throughput drug screening or accelerate structure-guided drug development. 

Via our cryoEM grid portfolio, we can overcome major problems in cryoEM sample preparation: low sample yields, complex dissassembly or preferred particle orientation. Furthermore, this enables to gain access to proteins isolated from patient-derived samples in a reproducible efficient manner.

Our cryoEM grid portfolio of metallic, carbon, multi-hole, tilted, tilted graphene and functionalized grids, is accessible for external parties via partnering or licensing. 

Standard grid types, such as our graphene grids, can be purchased directly from us or from distributors as boxes of 20 grids.
