Webinar: PUXANO Tilted Grids

During this webinar, we will give a brief introduction to our PUXANO Tilted Grids. This is a novel grid type developed by PUXANO, in which grids are patterned in 3D to introduce a dome-like shape on the grid surface.

This design maximizes angular variation without the need to tilt the microscope stage, helping to overcome the challenge of preferred particle orientation. In addition, the change is continuous between 0° and 35°.

We will also share several examples showing how Tilted Grids have increased particle angle distribution and contributed to solving structures of challenging proteins.
