Together with The Native Antigen Company, PUXANO used cryo-electron microscopy to investigate the structure of Chikungunya virus-like particles (CHIKV-VLPs).
Our graphene grids are designed for challenging cryo-EM samples where conventional grids may lead to issues such as preferred particle orientation, low sample yield or protein complex instability.
PUXANO Graphene Grids have been used in structural studies of challenging protein complexes, including membrane proteins and antibody–antigen complexes, where they have supported improved sample behaviour and high-quality cryo-EM data collection.
As part of our collaboration with MiTeGen, researchers can now also purchase PUXANO Graphene Grids directly through their website, alongside other cryo-EM products and consumables. This provides an additional way for researchers to access our grids while we continue to offer them directly through PUXANO.
